Super Professional And A Joy To Visit

I was satisfied with my previous dental office so I was totally unaware of how much better a dental experience could be until I had an emergency. I was about to leave on a cruise when I developed pain. I was going to tough it out but the pain got worse and a friend recommended Taconic. They fit me in at 10:00 the next morning and the diagnosis was that I needed a root canal and the pain was just going to get worse. OMG!! What am I going to do now!! Dr. Carmack (Tyler) heard I was leaving on vacation in two days he and his assistant Deb gave up their lunch hour and did the surgery that day. The procedure was quick and done with minimal pain. I left feeling 100% better and they saved my family vacation. From the receptionist to the accounts receivable the entire office is professional, friendly and a joy to visit. I never went back to the old dentist. I am already looking forward to my next cleaning.
